I am a student studying abroad currently in New Zealand. I'll be leaving on November 5 to go back to America and am trying to get in as many adventures as I can until I have to go home. I am a Nutrition major, looking to become an Oncology Dietitian down the road. I love to be outdoors and I love to meet people and learn all about different cultures.

As a student in a foreign country, I am not allowed to work. Therefore I am traveling on very limited funds making it difficult to stay in hostels constantly. I am very friendly and clean. My motto is to always leave somewhere cleaner than when I arrived so no trash will be left behind. I am also very quiet and do not drink any alcohol. I'm extremely thankful for any opportunities that I get.

Backpacking and adventuring are my top interests! I love to be outdoors and meet new people. Extremely involved in my Native tribe back home and doing research in the Maori tribe while I've been in New Zealand.

I listen to a lot of Indie and read from time to time. I've recently just finished a book called "Mama, I love you" which is about a 9 year old girl and her mother. It's a cute story filled with hardships of an actress. I really enjoyed reading it. My favorite movie would have to be Pursuit of Happyness. I'm a huge die hard for Will Smith and I also love movies with Johnny Depp!

I guess just coming to New Zealand is one of the first big things I've done in life so far. It's been a great trip so far and I've really enjoyed seeing all the beautiful mountains and lakes.
