ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Kayla!

I'm a small girl from Arizona, a state in the US.

People have said I major in the impossible (but I'm actually majoring in journalism), that I could kill a person with my smile and that they would like to carry an even smaller version of me in their pocket.

Ahhhh, to be in a new place meeting people and doing new things... When I'm not doing that, I'm planning how and when to do it next. I'm happy pretty much all the time. I don't want to waste life getting upset about the little things. I'm independent and easygoing. I like randomly climbing trees, dancing while cooking and concerts. I enjoy cities, but also love camping, hiking and anything outdoors.

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I live in an apartment and share a room, so I can't host. But when I move into a house in August, I'll have room to host people. Currently, I'm looking for places to crash this summer on my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never couch surfed but I've heard it's great. I've lived with host families in other countries, though. That's always amazing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked up a mountain to reach Machu Picchu by sunrise. Easily one of the most beautiful sights I've seen.
