ABOUT ME

I am originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico. A tiny, expensive city with delicious food and lots of tourists.

I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico (yes, like Breaking Bad) in 2009 where I studied Spanish and Public Relations for 4 years while working at Buffalo Exchange as an Expert Buyer.

Currently, I live in Granada, Spain where I've spent the last five months studying Audiovisual Communication and blogging for my home university in New Mexico.

I hope to stay in Spain longterm as an English teacher. Fingers crossed that I can find a contract before April when my student visa expires.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend Maggie and I went on a backpacking trip through Europe where we surfed in Cologne, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Austria and Lisbon.

I have hosted one time at my place in Granada. I live with three Spanish guys so hosting isn't always the easiest.

Overall, I have had nothing but positive experiences!
