Hi I’m Kayla. A Venezuelan American currently going to College in New Hampshire. I don’t take myself or life too seriously and try to just go with the flow. You’ll catch me smiling probably 90% of the time and I recommend trying it because it helps make you happier even when you aren’t! Life’s too short not to love it so if you aren’t happy, change something.

Being in college is incredible and traveling the world is the best way I’ve found to learn. Unfortunately, the two don’t go well together and my budget is pretty tight. I also love getting to know people’s stories and want to make more friends in this world.

兴趣

I love traveling as I’m sure we all do on here. I am working on a book and enjoy writing, as well as reading to gain information. I enjoy philosophy and hearing other people’s ideas. I want to see as much of this world as I can, learning and sharing what I can along the way.

音乐、电影和书籍

I love all music. You’ll probably catch me listening to Sublime or Mac Demarco most the time though. Only thing I really can’t stand is screamo but maybe I just haven’t found the right type yet. I don’t watch a ton of movies or tv but I love reading! As a philosophy and religion major it’s essentially all I do. My all time favorite that I recommend to anyone because it’s short and right to the point, Siddartha by Hermann Hesse. I’m always looking for recommendations though!

One amazing thing I’ve done is help feed and cloth homeless in my hometown, serving over 1000 hours during my junior year of HS and received a community service award.

I love to bake and cook if that sounds of interest I’d be more than happy to share some recipes and tips. I’m also an avid hiker and yoga fan so please help me stay more active. I live to learn and will take any advice and tips one can give.
