About Me

Hello from Sunny Singapore!
The place where they film " crazy rich asian" ( minus the crazy and rich so.. Just 100% Singaporean and 100% asian) 😜 this is a very safe and fast pace country.

Fun fact: We have more foreigners than Singaporean. We have summer 365 days a year. 26-33 degrees.

I stay with my parents so i will not be able to host you at my place. Due to my busy schedules i may not be able to host you in person but i can suggest you places of interest.
If time permits i may be able to meet you.

You can let me know what you are looking for or your style of traveling so i can point to you to the right direction.

*For transportation*
You can use your home country credit card for our bus and train. It will auto deduct and it will standard local price.
We do not sell single standard ticket.

*Food*
Google is very commonly used here and it should be of great help.

Food is very affordable in Singapore
You can eat cheaply at " hawker centre". The popular one with touristy are maxwell market and newton market.

If you like to cook. Our big chain supermarket opens 24 hours. Shopping centre closes at 10pm. Local favourite supermarket are fairprice( though we usually call it NTUC), giant, shengsiong. Cold storage sells more western food.

You can type hawker in google maps and it will pop up. It is a place where many food stalls gather together in non air conditioning place. Or you can look for food court in shopping mall. Usually at the basement or the top of the mall.

If you miss home food. We have many international restaurant of great quality as well. So u might be able to find home food.

Accommodation
Airbnb is not legal in Singapore. Hostel will the cheapest form of accommodation.
Do be careful of the location of the cheaper hotel. Some of them may be at the area of red light district. So if you are not comfortable please avoid it. In general it is ok. No secret society or gangster zone in Singapore 😂

Place of interest
Garden by the bay, flower dome, cloud forest. Floral fantasy ( very under rated but its my favourite)

Marina bay sand(mbs) shopping mall. Its a very futuristic mall. Do visit the apple store it is round shape very amazing. We have free light show at night. For delicious food you can eat at makansutra just opposite the mall. The food court in mbs is expensive for Singapore standard and it gets very crowded.

Esplanade to visit our entertainment venue. It is shape like a durian.

Jewel
Indoor water fall in shopping mall.

*Shopping*
Orchard road. Best shopping for branded and luxury goods. Good experience for sightseeing too. For cheap shopping you can go to chinatown and bugis Street.
