ABOUT ME

I'm a professional sailor from the great seafaring state of Idaho. I graduated college in December 2013 and am now living the improbable dream of getting paid to sail and educate aboard historical and/or environmental sailing ships. Besides general saltiness I possess many useless though entertaining skills and generally love people. I never leave home without a good book and my trusty adventure boots.

Interests

I am fascinated by life and humanity in general, but those things singular, classical, literary, nautical, curious, and metaphysical particularly pique my interest, as do Oxford commas.

I like the outdoors too! Show me a tall tree or a mountain or some cool rocks or something and I will be perfectly, blissfully, utterly happy. Take me hiking and I will love you forever.

I like all the books. All of them, especailly the long, wordy kind. Am somewhat more discerning about movies.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a dance teacher should you want to learn how to make interesting noises with your feet! I also love baking and would be pleased to make you any food item you might desire, especially pie. Also pretty proficient at delivering lectures of the historical nature and drawing boats.

I would love to pick up any musical skills!
