About Me
CURRENT MISSION
In the process of creating my own awesome life story.
ABOUT ME
Born in Baltimore. Raised in Texas. And now I'm pretty determined to live in every part of the country (maybe world) before I shed this mortal coil. My friends often call me their "yes" friend, because I am typically down for any weird, wonderful activity they want to try (barring legality and morality issues). I love to eat, drink (in moderation), dance, sing, talk, hike, read, learn, and explore. So let's do some of those things!
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that travel saves your soul and the more people you meet and places you go the more you know about yourself and the more open and happy you become.

Lord have mercy. I don't even fill this in on my Facebook page. If I had to categorize my current (as of today) tastes then I'd say:

Philosophy
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was a kid (re: 11-14) my family would go on wagon train excursions in the Grand Tetons in Wyoming. We would shed all our connections to the modern world and travel on an authentic (well pretty much. I won't say there weren't any anachronisms) wagon train. We'd ride horses all day, sleep in a wagon at night, eat awesome meals over an open fire, and listen to one of the wagon masters play old country songs before bed. Those trips were some of the highlights of my childhood!
Teach, Learn, Share
I was a TA for the public speaking course at Marquette so if you ever wanted someone to help you hone your presentation skills, you've come to the right place. I can teach you how to dance, not exactly well, but at least without shame or embarrassment, and I am a pretty stellar karaoke partner. I can also teach you how to sign the chorus of "I Want It That Way" by the Backstreet Boys as well as some pretty useful Spanglish words/phrases.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Depending on how far away you're hosting me from my hometown, I can offer you some of Texas' most valuable commodities: Blue Bell Ice Cream in the flavor of your choice. Otherwise, I am always about handing bags of pecans (flavored or raw) and maybe an impromptu song created in your honor.
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, England, Germany, Jamaica, Mexico
