Currently reading 'Healing with Form, Energy and Light' ... Can always count on music, which is why it's probably the focus in my life in one way or another. So many artists to name! Whatever I can get down and groove to!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Hula-hooping is one of my favorite activities to do. It's so inspiring and brilliant. I get many urges to hoop and when it happens its a beautiful experience where I become one with the flow. Learning new tricks with it is one my goals, but not always. I would love to share some of the skills with other people, its so addicting once you learn a few tricks you just want more!
