About Me

I am a humble and sometimes provocative person who is dedicated to live life passionately. I surround myself with people who represent a diverse ensemble. I welcome debate, arguments, anger, and love. All provide the opportunity to change our perspectives. I am devoted to improving myself, home, community, country, and the world by getting involved in groups, campaigns, and organizations that represent my ideals.

PHILOSOPHY
--------------------------------------------------
Kindness exists in all of us, but only some of us choose not to allow our prejudices extinguish it.

Share your home and you'll never be homeless. Share a ride and you'll never get left stranded. Share some food and you'll never go hungry. Share some love and you'll never be lonely.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Here to experience the kindness that I know exists in others, and to repay the favor whenever I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
--------------------------------------------------
Friends and few strangers have stayed with us on occasion through very informal meetings and introductions. Most of these folks needed a place to stay while they pulled life together, others were just passing through.

Interests

I love to travel! Specifically, I love to drive anywhere. While most people rarely explore beyond their home, or travel by the means most convenient, I take joy in driving the long and scenic route to any destination at least once. Discovery is a driving force within us, and this is one of the ways I find harmony in living.

Meeting others and sharing their perspective on travel and life has always been rewarding and enriching.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2004, two friends and I drove from Sacramento, California (USA) to Toronto, Ontario (Canada) and back across Canada to Vancouver, British Columbia on a two week road trip. It was an amazing road trip that covered nearly 7,500 miles (11,750 km).

In 2009, my friend Anthony and I drove through and around the Alps touching every country that the Alps touch. All I gotta say, 125mph/200kph in a Ford Focus on the German Autobahn was just ONE of the amazing things we did.Create your own visited places maps.
