Overview
About Me
I'm a 4th-year University student from Japan, currently majoring in Economics. My personal motto is to "jump into a new world and face people with sincerity." I’m an active and curious person—I’ve done gymnastics for years, so I have plenty of energy for exploring.
I’ve lived on my own for four years, so I’m quite independent and mindful of keeping shared spaces tidy. In my free time, I love taking long walks to discover the local atmosphere of a city and finding quiet cafes to relax in.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe the best part of traveling is the people you meet. After visiting places like Fiji and Singapore, I realized that local stories are what make a trip truly memorable. I want to experience the "real" life in Sweden and the Netherlands, exchange perspectives, and build genuine friendships.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I enjoy Japanese rock like Mrs. GREEN APPLE and ONE OK ROCK, as well as artists like Ed Sheeran and Avicii.
Movies/Anime: My favorite film is The Notebook. I also like anime such as Jujutsu Kaisen, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, and SPY×FAMILY.
Books: I mostly read Japanese novels like Before the Coffee Gets Cold and My Tomorrow, Your Yesterday.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In Fiji, I organized a gymnastics workshop for 100 elementary school students. It was a great experience connecting with them through sports. Also, as a result of my gymnastics background, I can do a backflip anywhere—I’d be happy to show you if we find a good spot!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can teach you some Japanese, how to cook basic Japanese home meals, or even some simple gymnastics moves.
Learn: I love food, so I’d love to learn about your local home cooking. I’m also interested in hearing about your traditions and finding out about your favorite local walking routes or hidden gem cafes.
Share: I can share my travel stories and experiences of life in Japan.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Since I’m used to living alone, I’m happy to help out with chores or cook a Japanese dinner for you. I also enjoy good conversation over a beer or coffee, and I’m always respectful of house rules. I’m looking forward to sharing some great times together!
