ABOUT ME

I'm really stoked about seeing such a vibrant travelling community. Even if nothing comes out of this, it is really neat to see how open people are with each other, and to me, thats what its all about. It's all about learning from one another, because everyone has something they can teach you, and no one does not have something valuable to share.

I have really been interesting in Community Building and Community Development lately. How do incredible communities come to be? What sparks a great idea or relationship? This is it. Things like this.

I am so incredibly impressed by those around me, and I am always learning from others. Be open to the learning that happens accidentally, untraditionally.

I have trouble identifying interests that are not vague like, reading, travelling or getting to know people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now, I am very interested in Jean Vanier's work on disabilities as a read. I am participating in a service learning trip to the Ukraine this summer to work in an orphanage with abandoned and disabled youth. I love connecting experience with literature, or when you read something and you're like BAH! YES!

I also love covers of music, there is something SO original, to taking your own spin to someone elses mind. I know thats weird, but I love covers more than originals right now.

If I watch a movie, it needs to provoke my mind in a way that I am intrigued, but I'd much rather watch a slam poem or a bajillion hours of mindless television.
