ABOUT ME
I got a little baby last december, with my girlfriend Jacinthe. Being two cyclist, we decided to get the familly on 6 wheels and cycle in Belgium, Netherland and perhaps Germany.I like friendly and cozy evening with friends starting with a good meal and a good bottle of wine as well as going for outdoor activities whether it is extreme or relax.
Here's a map of the countries I've visited.

PHILOSOPHY
Life is like a cookie jar full of chocolate chips. The more you bite in it, the more you want from it, but if you don't share it, you'll get sick.
La vie c'est comme une boîte de biscuit au pépite de chocolat. Plus tu mords dedans, plus t'en veux, mais si tu la partage pas, tu finis par avoir mal au coeur.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I went on a trip in Europe and a little of Asia using CouchSurfing a lot and loved it.
I've hosted a few couch surfers, had roommates found on Couchsurfing, organized a few meetup... Lots of peoples come by and enjoy our couches, some with warm shower and a lot of friends and friends of friends.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I traveled in Europe for 5 months and was CouchSurfing every 2-3 days and I really enjoyed it, it makes my trip so much nicer. Thanks a lot to all those that host me and those that want to meet for drink. Love you all !!!
I've been hosted so well in Turkey, I wish I learned a little from their hospitality.

I have interest in cycling, sciences, ultimate frisbee, hicking, climbing, kayaking, most outdoor sports, environment, politic and democracy. I also really enjoy having a nice conversation around a beer. Cooking and sharing meals. A great meal is always better when shared !

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a big fan of Hayao Miyazaki and Joe Hisaishi. I also really like classic movies like 12 angry man, seven samourai... just look at the IMDB top 250, there's a great list of the must see. I love music from Québec and other places. There's just so much good thing going on everywhere ! Thanks to our artists !
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did a lot of hicking, something like 36 summits in a year. I went cycling in asia, fall 2009. I had about 40 different roommates in 6 years (I use to live in a house with a lot of people comming and going and about 8 people at a time). I hitch hiked twice accross Canada and never owned a car. I cycled in Europe and Asia for 5 months, 7000 km over 12 countries. I'm currently cycling with my 6 years old baby for a month and a half.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm getting quite good with fixing bikes. Being a computer scientist, I can teach computer science, but what really got me into computer science is open source software (Linux) which suits more with my values.
I really enjoy cooking and learning other cultures cooking.
