Overview
About Me
I'm currently 24, and I love to travel. I've worked at Yellowstone National Park at Lake Yellowstone Hotel this Summer (2015) as well as last Summer. I love love love music and the people I've met from around the world. My family and friends mean a lot to me along with animals I've had or met.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on here because I think at some point in the near/far future I'll be able to host some travelers and because I will possibly need to stay at a remote place and would love to meet people in that area who can help show me around and let me in on the local secrets!
Interests
Like I said above, music is one of my passions. I've always loved it, but it's grown into an obsession in the last few years. I just recently picked up the violin and want to learn how to play any instrument I can get my hands on! I'm an avid reader and have read way too many more novels than I could ever count even though I'm still only 24. I love video games and grew up with them being a part of my life, though I've taken many breaks from them and have not been worse off for those breaks. Animals!! Any animal be it big, small or in between. I love the light they bring to my life. Don't forget disc golf!

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite music... Well I can't really say because I love most of it. My favorite genre would have to be Classical though, if I had to choose. Movies? Again, a difficult choice, however Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls and the Lord of the Rings Trilogy will definitely be high on the list. My favorite book series would probably have to be the Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne Mccaffrey, though I could name at least 50 other series' that would be right close up there too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I've done would be that I've succeeded in getting out of the normal mindset of the average American. I'm not constrained by the necessity for all these modern marvels. They do, however, make life much easier and I use the ones I feel like using at any given time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn how to speak any language I'm around! I'm more around English than any other language of course being in the USA, however I want to be able to communicate in any native language with people in their homeland. If you haven't yet, work in a national park! It's an incredible experience and one I wouldn't have traded for the world!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share some pretty interesting stories from my travels and I might just possibly be able to share how to play a few songs on the violin, though I'm still learning myself. I can also possibly teach a bit of the English language. I'm fluent and I like to think I have a slightly better grasp of the language than most people my age.
