I loved the Poisonwood Bible, reading alot about teaching now... and well differential equations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've touched Manatees (they swam up to us!) seen dolphin touched a sting ray, saw a rhino,all in the wild. Drank Ethiopian coffee in Ethiopia (and experienced their amazing coffee making tradition!)ate a Scorpion and Chicken feet, shot a rifle (at a clay pigeon), helped shear an alpaca as well as watch one give birth,stayed in the home of a shepherd in China after hiking the great wall. (He even cooked one of the lambs for us.)
