CURRENT MISSION

am living in an apartment in Buenos Aires (Santa Fe and Callao) for a couple of months while working on my Spanish. I will travel around South America next. I am looking to meet some Buenos Aires locals and dig into the culture here.

ABOUT ME

My permanent home is Denver, Colorado, U.S. I consider myself to be fun, introspective, and thoughtful with alternating periods of seriousness and silliness. I don't accept the status quo or the normal way of doing things, sometimes to my benefit or detriment. I am looking for the "local" experience wherever I go.

I like outdoor pursuits like camping and hiking. I also appreciate more metropolitan activities such as a night out in the city or enjoying the arts. A favorite pastime is dinner with friends along with a nice bottle of red wine or two while immersed in a deep conversation over all those things we are not supposed to talk about.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a lifelong learner. I want to see and hear as many personal perspectives as possible. Every time I travel, I discover a new way to see the world. That is why I travel. It is the most mind expanding pursuit I can imagine.

I am new to Couch Surfing. I love the idea. When I get back from my trip, I will definitely offer up my couch. I have met a number of couch surfers already on while on my current trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a traveling consultant, who flies all over the United States for work. For pleasure, I have traveled to most of North America, Alaska, Hawaii, Ecuador, Russia, Ukraine, Eastern and Western Europe. I have lived in Denver, CO, Boulder, CO, New York City, and South Florida.

This summer was the Alaksa trip. I wasn't prepared for how beautiful it would be. Wow, that was amazing, glaciers everywhere.
