Overview
About Me
Hey, I'm Kamil. I like computers, traveling and pizza. I live in beautiful and charming polish city - Wrocław (fun fact: it's Breslau in german, and Pŭroch'ŭwap'ŭ in Korean). In there I study computer science, work as a programmer and participate in one of the greates thing that ever happened to me - BEST student organization.
I spend my time doing what I love, but whenever I've got a chance (meaning: free time) I try to get out of the city and go on an adventure! Thanks to BEST and Couchsurfing I've met a lot of amazing people all around Europe, and visited many amazing places. And I'm not going to stop there, but continue to discover the wonders of life.
In the future I want to become a pirate, because that seems reasonable, no?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because that's the best way to discover places. After my first CS experience I can never be satisfied with a hotel room again, because the places I go consist of PEOPLE that live there, and it's the most important thing to not only see the stuff around, but to hear a custom-story about it from the locals, and get to know them as well :)
In my place in Wrocław I've been only hosting people from BEST so far. That's almost the same as CS but we're just part of the big international family :P This year I'll try and invite some regular couchsurfers too.
Interests
I'm really into IT & whole culture related with it. That's why I've chosen to do it as my job ;) It means cutting edge stuff that appears almost every day in the technology world (it's never boring there), but also retro computers and gaming consoles, video games, geeky websites I visit and so on.
Cycling is my another great passion (which I've neglected a little recently, unacceptable!). Doing kilometers after kilometers across the countryside just by pedaling is one of the most amazing and chilling things a man can experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy a lot kinds of music starting from Dubstep and finishing on Alternative Country. Yes, the latter is a thing and it's amazing. Just try and listen to "The Handsome Family" band.
Movies, games, books - there's so much content I consume that it couldn't be possibly put here.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've traveled across Balkans without caring about place to sleep at all. That resulted in me & my friends sleeping in weirdest places including a monastery in Montenegro, a ledge under a big bridge in Dubrovnik and a random grassland that we found in the middle of the night just next to Croatia-Montenegro border.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Polish and English, and would love to learn and practice some German. And of course - lots of amazing stories!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my experiences and a good spirit, tell you about interesting things and fix your computer :P
