About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world beyond my viewfinder
ABOUT ME
I'm a down to earth person.
I like learning and discovering new things. I grew-up on the beach; so, I like having my feet in the sand. I also enjoy seeing beauty in the simple things. Food plays a great part in my life, I love food! But I'm also about family and friends. In all, I think the greatest summarization of ones' life, is how an individual live their life and the people they surrounded themselves with.
PHILOSOPHY
"What we have to remember is that we can still do anything. We can change our minds. We can start over.....The notion that it's too late to do anything is comical. It's hilarious...We can't, we MUST not lose this sense of possibility because in the end, it's all we have." ~Marina Keegan

Music, Movies, and Books
I generally like all movies. While, I'm too old for children flicks, I love them and the message they try to impart.
My taste in music is very multi-facted. I love all music. For the most part, I may not understand the language or what is being said, but, it is all about the rhythm and vibe.
As for reading, I'm a history geek. :-) I love reading history, but more generally; WW I and WW II. I also love reading about military strategies. But at heart I'm a romance novel type of girl. :-) This is a loved handed down to me by the women in my family. Though generally clique it is an enjoyment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I accomplished a hike, both in amazing weather and a blizzard; it was one of the hardest things I'd ever done, but none of it would have been possible without the help of an equally kind person. I toured the river canal of Bangkok and while most would see only poverty I saw the beauty in the way many lived their lives. Simplicity.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love meeting people who have a story to tell and a life experience to share.
