ABOUT ME
On june 30th in 1986 in the small city of St. Louis, in the heart of the great nation of the United States, was born a child who would one day grow up to be the man writing this. He fought his way through the ranks of the public education system to graduate in the dead center of a class of almost 500. With a whole life ahead of him he set off on the road to experience the world. The world, he discovered, was a harsh and expensive place so after a year of traveling the U.S. he returned home, broke, to discover he truly loved where he grew up. By some twist of fate he discovered EMS (Emergency Medical Services) and began exploring the streets and people of his hometown in the back of an ambulance. He remains a proud paramedic and loves his work. He has not travelled nearly as much as he wishes but will soon be back on the road (or sky, rail, or whatever)
PHILOSOPHY
Calvin; "In order to improve oneself, one must have some idea of what's '"good'" that implies certain values, but as we all know values are relative. Every system of belief is equally valid and we need to tolerate diversity. Virtue isn't '"better'" than vice it's just differnt. I refuse to be victimized by notions of virtous behavior."
Hobbes: "I don't know if I can tolerate that much tolerance.
"Everybody can be great because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.
-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Too many to name
Movies: Big fan of comedies and the occasional cheesy action flick.
Music: Rock (alternative and classic) Folk, bluegrass, some jazz, some blues, some hip-hop, some classical ( I like a musical "sample platter" if you will.)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've completed an ironman triathlon. I also once won a pie-eating contest.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm pretty handy to have around if someone gets sick or hurt.
