About Me

I am a very unusual Chilean. Just keep that in mind and you will be fine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS has given me amazing friends some of them for rest or my life.
I have also met fantastic people just for some days and I have never talk with them again and that's cool too.

I want to meet new friends that make art: poetry, music, etc

I think that one the reason why I love so much this platform is because I grew up in international environment. I studied in an international school in the UK and the I moved to the US. I get quite bored in homogeneous groups.

I have the feeling that Couchsurfing is the opposite to Facebook.

Interests

I really enjoy cooking (the whole process from buying the ingredients to eating the final plate)
Also I enjoy drinking wine and beer (all kinds).
If you come to my house I would ask you to draw or paint (not knowing how to draw is not an excuse).

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music: New Order
I don't know if Motorcycle diaries is my favorite movie but I have watched it more than 20 times.

I enjoy reading (but even more writing) I enjoy reading books about poetry, science and mathematics. My favorite book is Sophie's World - Jostein Gaarder.
I write poems. If we get drunk enough I will read them. Pinky promise.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled around South America during 100 days by land.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I taught Physics and Mathematics but I don't know if you would be very excited to hear about the last discoveries in quantum dynamics or the Godel Theorem, but do not underestimate the power of science mixed with some wine, because at the end, we will end up talking about these things anyways (I will force to do that).
I also went to art school, so I know how to draw and I can name at least 6 colors, aren't you surprised yet? I can teach you these things and more. Sometimes I teach a class called Psychonauts: mind explorers, and yep it's what you are thinking.

Learn:
I love to meet people who work in unusual things. I am more interested to meet creators rather than consumers.

Share:
My stories and jokes. My poems. My delicious food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I prepare amazing Chilean food. Some people cry when they are tasting my plates (I have never asked them why). Maybe I am the next Master Chef or the worst cook.
