About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Taking a year off to study and travel around Europe. The things I want to learn cannot be studied at university...so I am "diy" making my own masters degree :))

Also looking for a place I would like to live for the next few years, ideally a small city or village with a vibrant community. A balance between living close to nature and living close to humans.

PHILOSOPHY

Seeker of truth and lover of peace...learning my place in the universe

Wes Anderson, Pedro Almodovar, Lost in Translation, Wong Kar-wai, Ang Lee (haven't watched films in a while! taking recommendations, particularly good documentaries)

Murakami, JD Salinger, 100 Years of Solitude, the Alchemist

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked in Okinawa with a friend during my first CS experience - as a new traveler at the time, it blew my mind and now I’m in love with this style of traveling ^_^

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about foreign cuisines, dances, music (songs, instruments), languages, gardening (while my thumb is not green I am working on it...)
