Grew up in China, where there is no facebook and google, which vastly limit my networking with foreign friends.

I came to New York 2 years ago to pursue my master degree. I majored in Computer Science in Columbia University and graduated in 2014 Dec. I am working in New York city right now and have absolute no preference living there. (Housing in the city is not positive). People say NYC is the city that never sleeps. But I sleep every day actually. I live in Jersey City which is very close to Manhattan but in much much better condition!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Basically just wanna meet up more friends, friends from all over the world. I would feel very proud if I know someone in every country. I like listening to others' story, see the world from others' perspective. Life is limited, as a person, u can only see the limited world. How can we broaden our horizon? Meet more new people and let them let ur the rest of the world!

BTW, will be traveling Euro soon. So any european friends are more than welcome. which doesn't mean I only welcome european! haha

Interests

I like dancing. I used to dance hiphop for fun when I was in my undergrad. Once moving to new york, I started to learn ballroom dance and Latin dance (Cha cha, rumba, Jive). I am also working on salsa for social dance. So that is def one of my biggest hobbies.

I like outing. I got the spirit of adventure. Love traveling and try new things!
