I'm an artist and healer studying herbalism, Ayurveda, color, movement meditation, and expression. Food is my medicine and nature is my religion:) i breathe in culture and color & love to spend time in serene spaces. Music sings to my soul & dancing has become my body's favorite form of movement. olive green, burnt orange, and magenta are a favorite trio for me & i hope to inspire others to seek what is seeking them;)

I teach many workshops and facilitate circles and ceremonies:) I've facilitated a free writing workshop, herbal medicine workshop, intro to Ayurveda, food as medicine, and mandala design workshops and have held space for women's circles and cacao ceremonies.

I'm currently studying deeper into Ayurveda and color theory

I yearn to share food and to inspire and be inspired to heal and be a healthy happy human!
