My global travel experience has included mostly Asia, Latin America and the US, but California is the place I imagine always calling home. After living in the hustle of downtown Oakland for 15 years, my partner and I moved to rural life in Sonoma County. Well, not too rural... our village has no stop lights but two of the county's best restaurants and a zen center!

I'm self-employed business consultant and coach with an office at home. Studies and appreciating art, culture, consciousness and architecture keeps me with a stack of books next to my bed. I'm curious about the world and genuine experiences.

I'm a life-long learning explorer and willing to share what I've experienced through Human Awareness Institute, Body Electric, Holotropic Breathwork, Landmark, ZEGG Forum, Enneagram, MA and MBA degrees and lots of Yoga, Meditation and Shamanic Journeys.

If I'm hosting, my weekdays are generally filled with client appointments. But with notices I can plan an afternoon off to take you on some spectacular hikes along the Sonoma Coast and redwood forests.
