ABOUT ME

My name is Kaitlyn and I'm from the 1st state of the US of A. I love traveling, and after I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, I told myself that I would make it back to Europe no matter what. So now I'm here teaching English in a school in southern Spain for the year.
I am a positive person and I usually tend to be very optimistic. I try to make the best out of any situation.
In school, I majored in Spanish and Theatre. Spanish was so I could open doors to get to know more people and theatre just because it is a love of mine.
I love stars and thunderstorms and the unexpected, however, I am also a cautious person, so don't think I'll be your skydiving partner anytime in the near future.

Well I thought school had worn me out when it came to books until recently. I just read the Hunger Games which I loved as well as The Help. I love most genres of movies except for horror movies. I get way to tense when I watch those.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I watched a crazy thunderstorm from a rooftop in Guatemala City. I watched a meteor shower from a canoe in the middle of the lake. I did a 13 day canoe trip in the wilderness in the Adirondacks, NY. And I went to the Edinburgh Festival where I saw at least 2 theatre/comedy shows a day for a week.
