About Me

CURRENT MISSION

moustache.

ABOUT ME

Hi! My name's Kevin, and I am an architectural designer and electronic music producer. I currently live in Toronto, and I enjoy living here very much.

Places I've lived in the past include Brooklyn, NY, Ann Arbor, MI, and Windsor, ON, CAN. My next goal is to visit Europe.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live.

"I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, 'If this isn't nice, I don't know what is.'" - Kurt Vonnegut

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by being sanguine and supporting to all travellers, because I am one myself! The best times I have had travelling has been with gracious hosts and kind locals. The least I can offer would be the same.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first started with Couchsurfing when I came to Canada, and it has been an invaluable experience. I have been to a few events and meetings in Toronto, and all of them have been great.

Interests

Art, music, architecture, dogs, reading, skiing, pizza, cats, and travelling of course.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all kinds of movies, and am always down to watch a good comedy, thriller, or documentary. If there's a film that's all three, I guess it would be my favourite. Zombies are cool.

Musically, I have a soft spot for anything acoustic. I'm also a big fan of hip-hop/R&B, chillwave, and electronic music. I'm down with pretty much every genre!

Some of my recently read favourite books include Cosmos by Carl Sagan, Rational Mysticism by John Horgan, and A Man Without a Country by Kurt Vonnegut.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the opportunity to live in Brooklyn, NY for eight months for an internship in 2011. It was an amazing experience, and I definitely value it as an eye-opening experience I'm glad I had.
