About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet interesting people, eat good food, and enjoy my life :-)

ABOUT ME

I've personally taken it upon myself to make up for all the overworked, overstressed people in this world by getting out there and enjoying my life. Don't get me wrong, I'm ambitious and all but work-life balance is my ideal way to live. I love to meet fun, interesting people from all walks of life who don't take themselves too seriously. I'm a pretty active person and am more of an explorer/meet-new-people/adventure traveler versus a chill on the beach kinda gal but generally, I'm open to almost anything. Spontaneity and variety are the spice of life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a couchsurfer on the bus one day and decided to join the next day. It seemed like a great way to meet great people.

Interests

Music, dance, tennis, the Olympics, sports, coffee, dark chocolate, wine, beer, food, socializing...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is one of my favorite things in life! My favorite songs and artists change depending on my mood but lately I've been listening to lots of 90's R&B and alternative/rock.

In terms of books, my favorite books are the Stieg Larrson "Millenium Trilogy" (ie. The Girl w/ the Dragon Tattoo, etc.) Definitely lived up to the hype! I also loved The Reluctant Fundamentalist, The Alchemist, and The Kite Runner.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Riding a donkey up a mountain on my journey to the Valley of the Kings in Egypt. It was scary but exhilarating at the same time. The scariest part was when the donkey lost its footing a few times and I thought I'd tumble over the mountain.

Teach, Learn, Share

Random acts of kindness are an easy way to make the world a better place. Do something nice for someone and hopefully that person will pay it forward.
