ABOUT ME

I am Florida native who recently pulled my roots up from the swampy mud to explore the ocean of mountains that is the west! Very much an empath, you will find me laughing hysterically and sobbing with you over life. I love meeting new people and old people, contemplating and studying whatever sparks my interest, exploring, beaching, swimming, biking, yoga-ing, tai-chi, crafting, day dreaming, hiking, gardening, windy-day wandering.

Music: Nina Simone, Joni Mitchell, Neko Case, Patti Smith, all kinds of world music, funk, soul, blues, bluegrass, and any genre-bending music
Just recently read Poisonwood Bible , and the Lacuna, by Barbara Kingsolver. I love reading fun art magazines, and anything on Zen Buddhism/meditation.
Movies: Harold and Maude, If A Tree Falls:Earth Liberation Front, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Yosemite. Ancient redwoods, massive monoliths, clouds cradling gigantic granite hills of the Sierras. Mount Evans mountain goats.

Fallen in love.

Had my heart broken.

Babies laughing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to draw and paint, cook a yummy meal,share some adventures, music, dance, and definitely some laughs! I would love to polish my singing voice, and learn more about musical instruments!
