Overview
About Me
I live at the University of Utah where I study in the Mathematics and the Language and Literature programs. I use my free time to climb, read, and learn new tricks and skills (My current pursuits: learning Russian and sleeping in airports).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When traveling I want to meet people, not just visit places. Couchsurfing is a more engaging way to travel.
Plus, my wallet is buried beneath student debt, so couchsurfing is the only way I can travel right now.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I'm in an alt-rock and Latin jazz mood lately. Also: ELO, Led Zeppelin, and Queen.
Movies: Ex Machina, Memento, and Interstellar.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lost a horse race against a 10 year old Kyrgyz boy in the steppes of the Ala-Too mountains.
Teach, Learn, Share
Anything I know I can teach, from riddles and stories to languages and theories.
If someone has something they want to teach I have something I want to learn.
I'm a storyteller at heart and have plenty to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, Mexican cooking, unordinary conversation.
