Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy backpacking around the world and meeting new people. Several friends of mine have had a lot of success with fun places to stay and new people they've met through Couchsurfing so I thought I would give it a shot.

I mostly listen to country music and electronic music as well as 90's throwback songs. My favourite book is "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl.

I was deployed to Afghanistan with the military in 2009-2010.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm interested in learning to play and be able to read music sometime. I'm also interested in learning more about rock climbing and mountaineering.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've got a pretty good knowledge of my city and have an interest in finding the lesser known little hole-in-the-wall places to eat, visit, and appreciate rather than the more well travelled points that most people prefer to hang out at.
