when i heard about couchsurfing, i thought this to be a great idea to crash at places aroud the world when exactly this is needed - a couch for a night. also, my couch is there for anyone anytime (-:

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I tend to go for the epics: Gladiator, Dances with Wolves, Braveheart and The Patriot. Favorites include The Bourne Identity, Top Gun, The Thomas Crown Affair and Nothing to Lose.

Music: Nothing beats U2 and Sting. David Crowder Band is also an all time favorite. Chris Tomlin leads some great worship. Love Gypsy Kings, Dave Mathews Band and Coldplay.

Books: Anything management or leadership related. Also enjoy good reads on 20th century history especially when it involves military history or economics such as China Inc. or America at War.

Magazines: The Economist, Scientific American, Popular Mechanics, Conde Nast Traveler, Fortune, Inc.
