About Me

CURRENT MISSION

On a life long journey to see the world, meet new people, and to spread the power of a Smile.

ABOUT ME

Keep Smiling is my life motto.

PHILOSOPHY

Keep it simple!! Treat people the way you want to be treated, respect everyone for who they are and what they do, and laugh a lot! I live my life for me and everyone I know and meet.
My sister passing away in ‘95 really opened my eyes. Thank you Erica for all you were and still are today to me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

learned about it in 2007 after my trip
To South America... realize people who aren't traveling still want the experience of travelers in their homes so they can live vicariously through each other... and would be more than happy to share my couch/house I f and when I ever settle down somewhere around the world.
I haven’t had the opportunity to stay or host anyone yet, but am looking forward to it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met quite a few people in the states a few years ago while working at TGI Friday's and traveled throughout 44 states in a year and a half, and everyone was amazing as they were kind enough to put me up. I will add that I am very grateful and helpful in cleaning, cooking, or whatever it takes to make it work.

Interests

I just love life! I love people, meeting everyone I can, sharing stories, and being inspired to keep going as long as I can.
I love wandering around a new city, meeting people, smiling, hiking, yoga, live music, and anything that allows me to meet new people and experience new cultures. I have one life and will try to make the best of it everyday!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Love music!!! Grew up with reggae and hip hop, old school rap, have since opened up to classic rock and alternative, but really anything. Oh, love R&B too, the slow jams!! Movies, open to all, definitely love comedies as I am a goofball, and not really a reader... unless it pertains to the next place I am going, or anything factual.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow! Where to begin?? From bungee jumping and skydiving, to hiking in Patagonia, driving to alaska, sharing a drink or some chocolate with a random stranger, I mean, there is just not enough room to list it all!
Riding a motorbike through Vietnam and hitch hiking up the east coast of Australia were quite the amazing experiences as well.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have already touched on most of this. Read the previous profile questions and you will see I am a simple person looking to enjoy anything I can!
