Teaching/Teasing the children in my class!

ABOUT ME

In the dayly life I am a teacher in a primery school. I love my job. The childs are interested, curious and pure. Sometimes I hate them but most of the time I laugh the whole day with them. I live with my lovely parents in a huge countryside home. Only one small problem: Before inviting everybody I ask the confirmation of my parents: It's still their house. I hope you understand I cannot offer a couch at any moment to any person!
I have got a few close friends. I don't like to have plenty of superficial friends, I prefer I couple of good friends!
In the small periods of holiday I like to be outside for cutting trees, canoing, walking around or spending time after the computer. The rest of the time I spend for my job. I also like it to think about new lessons etc.

PHILOSOPHY

The first step is the hardest.
Look before you leap.
Honesty is the best policy.
The early bird catches the worm.
As you make your bed, so must you lie in it.
All's well that ends well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really like to meet people, hear their stories. I am openminded! When I will be somewhere else, for example in Ireland (augustus 2011) I would really appriciate to meet a lot of people, and see their country with its attractions through their eyes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once I slept on a bed in Berlin, december 2009. A best friend of me has got more experience, and I swallow his stories!
But the most experience I have from my hitchhike experience in Ireland, summer 2011. That was GREAT XDDD

Interests

I am interested in a lot of different things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like reading books. But most of the titles would not tell you anything. I like films which are based on true stories. Films which let me think.
For example: The kiterunner, her name was Sarah, achtste groepers huilen niet, Intouchables, The Pianist

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been in a lot of countries (when I use my parents words) but in a few countries (when I use a CS member's words)!
I love skiing in the moutains of Austria or Germany (I did it for 9 years now).
I visited Tunesia in 2010 for 15 days, I visited Cambridge, Ely, Swavesey (England) last year for 8 days. I have been in French, Belgium, Germany, Turkye, Italia (Toscane). In 2011 we did a great hitchhiking trip through Ireland and in 2012 I participated in a recreation team in Bayern-Germany.

I love to tell or find out where you can find the best Chinese Take-away. But I prefer a better talk... ;-)
