ABOUT ME

My name is Kees, I will be a Bedouin in the desert one day. Or a monk, somewhere in India, carrying rocks on my head. Maybe Scandinavia is the right place for me, traveling there with a canoe. I haven't been there yet. My journey has just begun. I started in Amsterdam with my bicycle, cycled to Portugal and met beautiful people. A lot is happening. Things I didn't plan. Sometimes little dreams I didn't even really believed in come true. I love to cook.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To be amazed how very kind people can be. I haven't couchsurfed much yet, but that was my experience when I did.

Free jazz, spiritual jazz, ambient, Fourth World. I like to listen to podcasts on NTS and discover new music. I love to experience live improvised music, especially free jazz, it lights my fire.
