Born and grew up in Tokyo. I am doing an Engineering manager of American real estate company, I also teach yoga and heel walking to my friends as a hobby.
Love pilgrim edges of the world, challenge new things, meet lovely people and keep leaning.
Keeping my mind calm and simple is very important for me, although sometime I fail and spend hard time...
Traveling abroad gives me a lot of energy and a moment to be back myself, I retrieve my confidence and the sense of balance.
Living in Tokyo is exciting but sometime makes me exhausted, so I need sometime to be out of this dense busy city and breath natural pure air deeply, and swim in the freedom.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

2011 March: Bought a ticket of one world and traveled round the world alone. It was a short trip to round the earth but it was so cool exploring places by myself. I was in abroad when the Japan Earthquake happened, and met a lot of kind wonderful people who prayed for us. I was moved so much.
2017 May : Took 7 weeks off from my company and traveled India. Got a License of yoga teacher so now I can teach you as a newborn yoga teacher.

I like exercises. I can teach yoga(I do it almost for 15 years and got a license of yoga alliance! ), some good poses to make your body right position, how to walk with high heels.
