About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world and do crazy adventurous things-that usually involve danger ;)
ABOUT ME
I'm 25, outgoing and love to travel... Actually I'm kind of addicted to travelling.
Some of the things I enjoy most about travelling are learning about new cultures, trying new foods, meeting new people and learning new languages (I'm currently trying to perfect my Spanish but need help!)
I just finished my MA in international Development at SFU in Vancouver and have a strong desire to continue travelling, learning about the world and making a differnce in the lives of those around me.
I also definitely know how to enjoy a night on the town :)
PHILOSOPHY
Life is about 3 simple things:
1) eating what you love
2) doing what you love
3) being someone you love and with someone you love
everything else is just part of the ride.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Always checking in, replying to messages and willing to make new friends :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed in Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia. When I get home I would definitely like to host some travelers and check out life on the other side of couchsurfing.
Interests
My favourite activities involve anything with adrenaline: rock climbing, rafting, skydiving, canyoning, paragliding and the daily 10k run.
I also love to cook (vegetarian, since I'm vegetarian), especially for dinner parties, any people really. Food network is the only thing I watch and I learn all my important daily knowledge from it ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
I like lot's of different music from old rock, jazz, classical, spanish guitar ect... really whatever my Pandora radio gives me is awesome.
Books...lately I've been consumed with development books but have always been in love with Roald Dahl (I know, but he's not just a childrens author). Stories that have a seductive twist are always of interest.
Movies...I have a love of scary movies, real horror movies, more like thriller-zombie movies. Pulp-fiction is my favourite all time movie, I've seen it easily more than 10 times. I enjoy comedies, romance, action, whatever I'm in the mood for.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've seen several Wonders of the World: Macchu Pichu, Angkor Wat, Halong Bay, Chichen Itza...of all of these I loved Macchu pichu the most. It is so peaceful, beautiful and the journey to it is equally amazing...
Teach, Learn, Share
I am educated in international development and would be more than happy to share all the great knowledge I have accumulated. My work experience in teaching with both adults and children makes me a good source for information concerning teaching english. Since I have lived abroad several times I am also a good source of tips for living abroad and not getting cold feet.
I want to continue learning Spanish! and learning valuable life skills from anyone who is willing to teach me... or give me more rock climbing tips.
