Overview
About Me
I am moving to Australia from the UK in January, I am outgoing and up for a laugh, easy to live with, enjoys cooking and living in a nice clean, quiet home. I am very personable and can get on with people from any background or any age. Very liberal and opinionated but love an intelligent discussion. I love reading and music and films (like everyone does). I also love cycling and try to love going to the gym.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I need somewhere to stay in Melbourne, ideally St. Kilda for a few days when I arrive so I can find a job and a permanent place to live and I want to meet nice, like minded people whilst doing so.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love house and techno music as I was a resident DJ for a big nightclub back in Manchester and used to play that mainly but I am really into all sorts of music depending on the occasion.
I love independent films like Dead Man's Shoes, Boy, Whiplash, Clerks, Shame. i also love British cinema.
My favourite book is To Kill A Mockingbird. It's a little cliché but since reading it at 13 it's always stuck.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I volunteered in Laos building, farming and teaching. That was pretty nice.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have travelled for the past 6 months, I have held many jobs in the UK, I come from a working class background in the North West of England and I have an amazing group of friends and lots of life experience and a great sense of humour and outlook on life.
If you want to know anything about any of those things I can share that.
