COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A couple of years ago an Irish friend told me he had a lot of fun hosting people in his caravan in the Irish wilderness. I love meeting travellers so thought it was be a good thing to try.

I like exploring any type of music but I only deeply enjoy music with a great melody and harmonies. A couple of my favourite movies are "American Beauty" and "Erin Brockovich". I like reading a lot of non-fiction and am currently reading "Maximum Willpower" by Kelly McGonigal. I haven't read fiction much lately but want to get back into it.

I spent some time in India in 2009 with my fellow chiropractic students helping people who worked picking tea leaves or breaking rocks. The people were so gentle, respectful, and grateful. It was a remarkable experience.

I'm currently exploring the Feldenkrais Method, the Anat Baniel Method, and Foundation Training. Presently, I am interested in exploring anything spiritual or anything to do with movement or bodywork.
