About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world for about one year, between august 2015 and june 2016

ABOUT ME

Clement, 28, I studied computer science, and now that I'm done with school, I keep studying. Studying life.

After 6 months in China (Harbin, Heilongiang), a small break in France, another 6 months in Asia but in Singapore this time, I'm now back in France, ready for new adventures.

I think I am quite an outgoing person, not really hard to live with, and I really like to travel and see new stuff.

My goal in life is, like many people here, to do as many amazing things as possible, the kind of things not enough people do in their lives.

I'll be doing a round the world trip with my girlfriend from August 2015 on. It's in french, but you can see what we plan to do there : http://fragmentsdevoyage.fr/a-propos/
Because of that, we are not available for hosting after july 2015.

PHILOSOPHY

Though question. Depends on the mood and the person asking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I meet crazy/awesome/incredible/nice/normal people, that I first got introduced to thanks to this website.
That's the point right ? :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted for the first time in Singapore, and took part in a few events here and there before; even though I did not participate as much as I would like to, I am always open for CS activities ! When we were not travelling, my girlfriend and I have been hosting people next to Paris.

Interests

Every sport, especially rock climbing, skydiving, skiing, running, swimming.
Traveling of course (I really like backpacking)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like every kind of music as long as it's not too noisy. I have a terrible ear, I should listen to more music.
As for the books, since I spend a lot of time commuting, I read quite a lot of things : novels, philosophy, classic stuff, science fiction, poetry... Yet that's still not as much as I'd love to.
I love cinema, and watch quite a lot of movies. I was once part of a movie club dedicated to crappy movies, that was really fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bungeejumping and Skydiving were 2 great experiences... :) but riding elephants in Thaïland and diving with turtles in Malaysia were also really, really great.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you some essential things like juggling with balls or programming for instance :)
If you want to learn some french, maybe I can teach you some words or talk about my culture.
I like to cook, so maybe you can teach me a recipe or a cocktail ?

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Malta, Mongolia, Morocco, New Zealand, Philippines, Russian Federation, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, France, Singapore
