Overview
About Me
Graduated with a B.S in biology and am traveling around the world before beginning a graduate program in Veterinary Medecine. I started my trip in Mexico and have been working my way through Central American visiting Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. I am planning to go to the Carnival Brazil and working my way back up north through Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador. In the future I hope to work with all types of animals helping to protect and helps those without a voice. Even though there is a lot of work that need to be done directly to help humans as a species. I believe that we all have an innate compassion to help animals. In a world that works so hard to exploit our minute differences I want to work to try and share our vast similarities. Similar to the universal compassion we have when we can help another species.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My first experience on couchsurfing in San Ramon Costa Rica was eye opening. It showed me a new way of traveling that couldn’t be bought. A way of travel that offers a chance to truly connect with the world built on generosity and genuine interest in others.
Interests
-I absolutely love learning about the natural world and understanding how things work and why. I believe there is something that should be learned in every subject because everything is connected in some way.
-Physical activity and exercise offers me endless amount of competition and opportunities to humble myself. Training and competing in long distance races such as Marathons and Triathlons are very rewarding for me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Big fan of cartoons some of my favorites are Rick and Morty, Bojack Horseman, Archer and Family Guy. I’ve found my new favorite music obsession to be electronic music and have been to several large camping festivals in the states. I can enjoy pretty much any type of music! Every once in a while I can devour a good book. My taste tends to be more on the practical side, books I can learn things from to help improve my own life and the lives of others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Completed 70.3 Ironman triathon - Worked with Howler Monkeys in Costa Rica - Worked with Tigers in Thailand - Worked with street dogs in Guatemala - Pole Vaulted in high school
