I'm a guy who is very spontaneous when it comes to travelling and making plans. I've been wanting to travel and see as many different cultures as possible while balancing responsibilities. I'm laid back and I like to imagine that I've got a great sense of humour as well. I Also don't take up much space or require much food, so I am an easy guest to please. 4 walls and a roof is all I need

I've got a Bachelor's of Science with a Bio major and I like to use it in almost any opportunity as I believe that knowledge is very powerful. It's also become my greatest joy in life to teach people and to pass on knowledge that I've gained either through school, work, travel, or just my own personal experiences in general.

I travel in order to learn many new things about culture and the spread of a global culture effects everything and everyone. With what I've seen, the world is a much different place then what I grew up believing, and it's hard to stop knowing that there is so much left out there to see and do. I've been travelling since May 2016 which may not seem like a lot to most people, but to me it's become my life and I'm happy to share it with anyone that is tolerant and happy to exchange ideas :)

I'm on couch surfing because I love meeting people! Growing up I'd never had the confidence to express myself to people, but now I've met people of many different cultures and nationalities and learned that the small differences that make us weird, also make us unique and amazing! I hope to meet many people that can convince me that we are all one, and to continue learning about our new global culture!

I'm also hoping to learn more as my first year of travelling was learning how to adjust and to see what I wanted to see without becoming lost in everything. I've now since learned that a countries culture is not always evident from it's buildings or its foods. A person that's grown up in a town knows that town like the back of his hand, and that's the kind of person that I want to meet and learn from.

So I suppose a summary of my goals/profile is that I want to learn.

I like Celtic, classical, rock, techno, pretty much anything but rap or lousy country. Old fashioned country or nothing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Scuba diving in the U.S.A. I saw a Lion's mane jellyfish floating above me. It was amazing, it was as if it was moving like a UFO and looked just like a wedding dress. It was a sight I'll not soon forget as it was one of the best experiences I've ever had diving

Also I hitch hiked across Canada in 28 days but that's no big deal :P

I love to tell stories about my travels or just about life in general! I can teach people about sciences, and how modern technology is important in ecology, and sustainability.

I would live to learn new languages, as well as local culture. Even learning a new joke would work for me.
