I joined couchsurfing a long time ago when I heard about it on the news, but never surfed or hosted. I'm ready to change that now. ENFP. I'm a pretty easy going guy, so I can usually get along with anyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My work situation affords me a lot of schedule flexibility, so I'd like to travel more while I can. This seems like a great way to do so and not break the bank. I also have tons of space in my home that I'm not using, so why not invite some respectful people to share it with me?

Interests

I have lots of interests. I tend to dabble in hobbies. I've experimented with things like glasswork, woodworking, 3d printing, auto repair, home improvement, sewing, and screen printing. I'll try anything that holds my interest.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm pretty fickle, but I'm a 90s kid at heart, so I have a special love for 90s alternative. Otherwise, I tend to just listen to popular music on Pandora. As far as movies, I usually just pick something random on Netflix and see if I can stomach it (some of the stuff they have is pretty bad.)

One time I levitated a book with my mind. I swear! No one was watching, but I totally did it! ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love Lansing! I make a great tour guide if you're interested in learning about my city. Otherwise, I'm a pretty decent cook. I can provide witty banter, a clean bed, and use of my hot tub or steam room if you're so inclined.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm low maintenance and easy to get along with. I don't have any desire to impose, so hopefully you'll hardly know I'm there. I'm happy to engage with you if you'd like or just keep to myself and leave your place the same way I found it.
