In the midst of my job search, I let my lease expire. I know I need to find a new home and so I figured the best way to combine my need to travel for interviews and my need for a new home would be to surf on couches and meet locals of the areas where I might plant my roots.

My favorite music shifts but I have been listening to some electro-jazz lately. I might get into rave music soon idk.

I like some movies but no favorite really. I just binged both The Wire and The Sopranos.... kinda old stuff but I was told they were good. Yea I liked them. I may have picked up some expressive hand gestures and anger issues from binging The Sopranos. lol

I'm into non-fiction books, typically some sort of opinion piece or essay.

Right now, my primary interests are in finance and weightlifting. These two might seem typical and annoying :), but I am most interested in the scientific approach. I am currently working on a series to teach basic investing concepts and theories that are widely accepted by the academic community—hoping to make them more digestible. I have also recently dove into the sports science world for weightlifting. It is a fun and rewarding thing to read about something, plan out your own trial, try it out, and see the results. And I would love to teach or share my experiences about moving weights.

I am always eager to learn about cooking. Everywhere and everyone has some take on cooking. The great thing about this is that each opinion is edible. I have picked up a few recipes that I and my guests have really enjoyed, but I am always open to learning more. The style I am most impressed with is when someone can just open a fridge and cook something. I am a recipe's guy, and so that freestyle technique is just something special.
