ABOUT ME

I am easy going and always up for a new adventure. I ran out of money, so I am back at my parent's house. Previously, I lived in both Melbourne and Sydney, Australia as an au pair. I've also live in France as an English teacher. I love walks through unexplored neighborhoods, meaningful conversation, reading, and a good glass of wine.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life by being the best person I can be everyday. I take life as it happens.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I can not host anyone this year because I do not have my own place; I am living with my parents. I am thankful for this website though, because I am excited to experience new places from the perspective of the people who live there! For me, this is much more valuable than going somewhere and just seeing the touristy area of a town. Hopefully, I can host you when I move to a more exciting part of the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing. I have yet to have an experience couch surfing, but I'm looking forward to it!

I have stayed with various hosts though over week long choir trips during university. I enjoyed being able to exchange stories and ideas with the people I met all over the US.

兴趣

I like traveling and discovering new places. I love reading and won't go anywhere without a book in hand. I also love music, listening to it or singing along! I like to stay busy and active. One way I do this is teaching Zumba classes--so much fun! While traveling, I like to explore, take in a local band or theater show, and go to soccer games.

My favorite movie director is Mel Brooks. He directed and acted in movies such as The Producers, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstien, and Space Balls. I also love Disney movies.
I enjoy all kinds of books especially books about distopias like Hunger Games or Divergent, or fantasy such as Harry Potter.
Ben Folds is my favorite singer, songwriter, pianist. I also enjoy alternative or electronica.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In 2010, my university choir toured China. There, we sang on the Great Wall. It was one of the best experiences in my life. I'll always remember how awestruck I felt as our voices floated over this brilliant structure.
