About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To maximize excitement, fun, and happiness in my life!

ABOUT ME

I am a very straightforward and easygoing guy with high ambitions.

I try to live my life by the simple principle: Always understand the value in something before you set yourself up to do it.
I have a very clear idea about where I want to be in the longterm, but am very open minded when I am getting introduced to a new opportunity.

I have always wanted to explore the world, and I now steadily making my way around. I focus on learning people and the way of life where I come travel, as well as learning about the local culture. This is why I find couchsurfing so valuable.

Values of people mean a lot to me, and I am very engaging is learning how people I meet see the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Understand the underlying principles and values of what you are doing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed in USA, and a little in Europe. Soon I will start hosting people in my little apartment in the central Copenhagen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A few years back, I couchsurfed when I traveled down the West Coast. Here I got a feeling of the cities and the local people in a way that I do not think that I could have gotten if I had traveled as a regular tourist.
I also couchsurfed for a few days in Budapest, Hungary, with an experience similar to that of doing it in the US.

So I know that it really is something.

Interests

Traveling, my work/studies, socializing with passionated people, learning about the world, relaxing in good company, entrepreneurship, technology and innovation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to engage myself completely in great movies, and get the visual and emotional inspiration that they offer. I go by the IMDB top 250 for movies that I have to see, but I also very openminded to low-budget movies and alternative genres. My experiences of going to movie festivals have been great, so that is something that I will definitely do again.

I have something for the britpop music. And am all open for electronic, rock, indie and just hear what music people fancy.

I have no TV as of a couple of years back, so I tend to read more than I used to. Lately I have been reading several of the classics and I am exploring the world of audiobooks. Last book I read was the Autobiography of Richard Branson - Inspiring and fun!
-->> I am really up for book sharing so I give the books I get most inspired to people I think will be it as well. Do you have a book you think I should read!?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We recently had the second national conference of the danish student entrepreneurship organization (Gate to Create, www.gatetocreate.dk) that I initiated and co-founded. Building up an organization and afterwards seeing it become recognized has been amazing!
