My life feels filled to the brim when I can spend time preparing delicious food and then sharing meals with loved ones. Sometimes I feel weightless as I bike through cities. Nothing quiets my mind and reassures my soul like digging in the dirt and witnessing growing food. Viewing life through a lens reminds me to slow down and really see the world around me.
