Hey there!
I'm Kelly, a Germalian student suffering from a severe case of Travelbug. Having grown up between Germany and Australia I guess a certain interest in exploring the world was inevitable. After school, I worked and traveled in Australia and New Zealand for a year and it was here that I had my first experiences with Couchsurfing - what can I say? I have been loving it ever since!
Now that I am back in northern Germany starting my studies in Bremen, my travels will probably be mostly around Europe and I can't wait to discover more countries, cultures and meet new people all around the world.
When couchsurfing I am always more than happy to be of help wherever I can be - whether it is cooking something delicious or simply having a good conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books

Depending on my mood anything from The Beatles, over Nick Cave to Ed Sheeran or Adele.
I love watching good movies with great cinematography, I have a particular love for historic movies but also binge series like Sherlock, Game of Thrones and Peaky Blinders.
Went through good old German High School reading everything from Goethe and Schiller over Shakespeare and Molière to Harper Lee and Charlotte Bronte. There's nothing better than a good discussion about a well written story!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in an Animal Sanctuary north of Auckland in New Zealand for six weeks. This was just such a special experience that showed me how every person with enough passion and determination can truly make a great difference in the world!
