Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been sitting at home for far too long! I'm not a big traveler . I Used to travel a lot with my family when I was younger but now I'm too afraid to just sit on a plane or a train and leave. Though deep down I want to step out of my comfort zone, leave everything behind and LEARN about the world through experiences instead of books and other people's stories.
