About Me
Last year I did the best thing ever and quit my corporate job to travel! Had an amazing time, stayed in some amazing places with new CS friends and can't wait to get out and explore again. In the meantime I am putting down a few roots and saving some money, so why not give back to the awesome CS community while I can!
I have snowboarded in Canada and Japan; travelled through Central & South America; been to the Olympics in Rio de Janiero; I've surfed in Mexico, Nicaragua, Indonesia and Sri Lanka; learnt Spanish in Guatemala; survived the jungles in Colombia; trekked my way through Peru and Bolivia; and learnt that Chileans speak a lot of slang and Argentineans love their steak.
I'm a firm believer in being a traveller not a tourist. I love to see places as the locals do and happy to get out and explore.
It's my dream to explore every continent in the world in depth - I have a very long way to go!
I am an outdoorsy person and love to experience all that nature has to offer. Even if that means dancing in the rain!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet lots of different people and have a much more in depth travel experience than I might otherwise have.
Interests
I've recently started my own business and looking to learn all I can about SEO, digital marketing and social media.
Also a travel blogger and keen instagrammer.
My bucket list includes writing a book, riding my bike from Berlin to Croatia, trekking in Nepal, learning to ride a motorbike, and experiencing the Burning Man festival in Nevada USA (which I plan to go to in August!)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm always dancing around the house to music! Pretty much anything goes, I won't judge.
I try to go see live music whenever I can.
Movies - recently saw X men and it was awesome, but my favourite of all time has to be Point Break.
Most of my reading is business related these days, but can't put down a good crime novel.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Tackled the tough 800km Camino de Santiago in Spain by bicycle - and when we finished we decided we loved it so much we turned south and headed for Portugal :)
I have also climbed volcanoes in Guatemala, learnt Spanish, jumped off 12m high bridges, bungee jumped, skydived, volcano boarded at close to 90kph and generally just tried anything life throws at me.
I am always adding to my bucket list and hope to tick off quite a few things this year!
Teach, Learn, Share
Happy to play my part and host you in my home now that I am back. I've had many people on my couch over the years, but not through couchsurfing... Better late than never.
Looking for fun guests who have something to offer, or who want to get out of the city and go hiking or biking.
What I Can Share with Hosts
