ABOUT ME

In March i took a road trip from upstate new york to florida to WWOOF on a blueberry farm. i lost touch of how beautiful florida is and id like to focus my spare time into enjoying my homestate and all it has to offer.

PHILOSOPHY

I laugh at the bizarre situations I get myself into, smile at all the amazing people i've been lucky enough to meet, and try to tell a story to anyone willing to listen, and keep an open ear for those who'd like to do the same.
i believe in keeping optimistic and remaining positive, even during the times it is hard to crack a smile. i live my life in a calm manner, because i have found that is what works for me and makes me happy, and i am also finding the effects it has on others. I'm a very privileged and lucky individual and i have absolutely no reason to harbor negative feelings towards others and past experiences. i find i feel more balanced when i keep my cool and use my energy towards thinking on the bright side of things versus being upset or pessimistic. recent experiences in my life have humbled me and although unpleasant to go through, i am thankful for them because i dont think it would be possible for me to enjoy how wonderful i feel today.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've only couchsurfed once in Philadelphia and i had such a great time. I stayed in hostels along the east coast. although its different from couchsurfing, i did meet some really stellar folks.

i am coming out of a dark period in my life, and strive to find peace, do things and meet people who make me smile, think, and inspire me to continue to better myself. i hope to meet others in the same boat as me. whether you are still struggling yourself or have moved on, i enjoy hearing about it. id love to hear about the strength you've got. everyones got a story to tell. im down to hear it!
