Hi! My name is Kelly. I live with my fiance' Shaide, two dogs, and a cat. We are very friendly, love to meet new people, and play board games in our spare time. I am currently working full-time and applying to graduate school for an M.Ed in School Counseling. Some of my future plans are to teach English in different countries, build my own home, travel with an Around the World ticket, learn about sustainability & grow my own food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I live in a three bedroom, two bathroom house with my fiance' and pets. We are into minimalism, and sustainability and feel that our house is way too big for just us two. We would love to be of help to anyone in our area with a place to stay - we have lots of room!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I WWOOF'd on a farm in New Mexico the summer I graduated college. It was the first time for me to ever be on a farm and to tend plants and animals, and help build structures (like a chicken coop!). The farm was completely off grid with solar and bio gas. It was an incredible experience, and I can't wait to WOOF more and one day have my own off-grid home.
